3. Tour the facility - inside and out
   What do you see, hear, smell and feel
4. Ask to sample the food!
5. Ask to see the activity calendar
6. Find out what services are provided
7. Look for a current license
8. Visit more than once to obtain a thorough assessment
9. On the internet, search for "Assisted Living Montana" to get more listings for your area
10. Call the Ombudsman at 1-800-551-3191, if you still have questions about facilities
